Location – Midlands
Finatal are currently partnering with a national logistics business based in the Midlands who are looking for a CFO on a permanent basis.
The business has a large, multi-site, disparate nature and is looking to continue its growth both organically in the UK & acquisitively in new geographies.
The business has recently been invested in by Private Equity who are looking to provide growth capital, drive EBITDA margin toward exit over the next three to five years.
The successful candidate will have worked in a private equity backed business, ideally delivering a successful exit to either trade or equity.
Additionally, the incoming CFO will have worked in a complex multi-site environment and be able to partner with the SLT & PE owners to drive and create synergies.
