The role of SaaS Enterprise Business Development Manager is for an established and high growth software company with a great reputation. You will be responsible for targeting large companies in the UK, with the focus on both domestic and multi-national deals.

The client is a leading provider of employee experience software. They are well established and growing quickly across Europe. Their UK office is based in London.
Description
The role of Enterprise Business Development Manager includes the following responsibilities:
Work closely with the SDR and Marketing teams to ensure target companies/personas are nurtured optimally
Create a client strategy with the VP Sales to prioritise the right customer targets
Create and execute a clear prospecting plan, ensuring appropriate pipeline and conversion targets are met
Profile
The successful candidate for this role will have the following:
Highly experience SaaS sales person
Previous experience in prospecting and closing new enterprise logos (3k+ employees minimum)
You will be able to demonstrate a strong sales methodology where you can clearly assess the clients needs in an in depth manner and close multi-territory deals
Can demonstrate achieving/over-achieving individual sales target consistently
If you have experience selling in to HR stakeholders that is advantageous, but not essential
