Growing their US division, a brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Director of Software Engineering/VP, Engineering/Software Development Manager to build out a Java based development team.

Director of Software Engineering, IT SaaS FinTech, Miami requirements;

• Management and experience of scaling Java microservices development teams
• Software architecture design including making technical decisions based on product and feature innovation
• Consolidate and rationalize customer requirements into effective software architecture
• Own the onboarding process in working with People Operations
• Java, Spring, Typescript, Angular, React and similar tech stack
