Joint Associate Director of Wellbeing, Inclusion and Employee Experience

NDHT and the RD&E provide healthcare to over 600,000 people in the region, and combined are the largest employer in Devon. This newly-created post will have the opportunity to make a real difference and will play a vital part in developing the future of inclusion, wellbeing and employee experience for both Trusts and the Devon Integrated Care System (ICS). The post holder will be responsible for creating and implementing strategy in relation to wellbeing and inclusion, working collaboratively across teams and acting as a critical friend within the wider organisation.

We are looking for a talented individual, to enable new strategic thinking about wider well-being for employees, and doing the right things to improve their experiences. We are keen to speak to people with significant experience of leading on inclusion strategy in large and complex contexts, and who bring a passion for inclusion, and a genuine understanding of the complexity of the issues.
