Project Director - London

Working for a Developer delivering a 55m new build, RC frame, Mixed used residential development in South West London.

Location: - South West London

Salary: - £120,000 - £130,000 basic + Car + Bonus + Package

Role Description:

The Resolute Group has been retained by a market leading developer to identify a Project director to lead a new project that has just gone live on site. As a Project Director you will be the No1 on site taking over from the Construction Manager that is in an acting position at present. Delivering the scheme from the initial site set up, taking over the stakeholder management to programme completion in the next 3 year period.

This scheme is 55 million in value delivering a residential mixed use development consisting of three blocks up to 15 story's high, as well as the surrounding landscape, parking and support services. This project is on a PCSA agreement but as it is live on site this is a rare opportunity for a senior level move from a main contractor to move across in to a developer. With the client open to people that have completed other major schemes away from Residential, such as Commercial or Industrial builds as long as the core is RC frame.

To be suitable you need to be a proven No1 on site with previous history of delivering a new build scheme be it Med-rise or High rise. Having the skills to lead a team from pre-construction of the project initial award, site set up, working with the Operations Director to get your team on site then seeing the project through to a successful completion and hand back to the client.

All future projects will be based in London within the M25 for this division so you need to be living in a commutable region to London. This project is 3 years in duration based near Kingston Upton Thames (South West London) so you need to be happy to commute here on a daily basis.

Qualifications / Experience:

HNC / HND / Degree in a Construction / Engineering related subject.
Experience as a Senior Project Manager / Project Lead or Project Director taking a project from award to completion. PLEASE NOTE
