Salary: C.£130,000-£150,000 + bonus & benefits
Network HR have been retained to appoint a Global Head of Human Resources for a forward-thinking financial services business based in central London.
As an Executive Committee member you will report into an Exec Committee member to design and deliver a progressive HR agenda to support the international growth of the business. Whilst the role is generalist in its remit, there will be a key focus on Talent, Diversity and Inclusion, Performance Improvement and growth activities linked to M&A, Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition intervention.
The successful post holder will have a proven track record of being an inspiring leader who has sat in the number 1 position within HR. You will have reported into C-suite or Board and will have a natural leadership style. - Financial services/Brokerage background is necessary for this appointment.
- Experience of establishing and growing a high performing HR function to meet the demands of a growing business
- Remco knowledge and experience
- Clear ability to translate business direction into specific team and individual job expectations, managing performance through effective monitoring, coaching, and feedback
- A proven track record in helping businesses to deliver operational plans to time and within budget through appropriate staffing, budget, and resource management
- Up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice globally.
- A leadership ability to effectively lead both local and remote teams for global consistency.
