INSIDE IR35 - Head of Service Operations/Delivery

Hybrid working - 3 days office, 2 days wfh

A leading client are looking for a Head of Service Ops/Delivery. You will be managingand leading a team of 18 secderervice desk analyast as well as sevice providers & other key suppliers.

• Service + operational management expert
• Experienced leader to lead + manage a team of up to 18 heads (FTE/Contract) consists of IT Service Desk, Managed Service Provider + other key suppliers, Infrastructure, Operations, Application Support + Security teams,
• OPEX/CAPEX budgetary experience
• Ability to stabilise a team, take control of service, apply the correct measures and strive to improve the service the business receives from IT.
• Experienced in a similar senior position within the IT leadership team
• Someone who is adeptly to change and can work in a way where they don't mind rolling sleeves up and getting the job done, where necessary.
