As the Marketing Manager - B2B you will be responsible for the delivering the marketing strategy for this fast growing Berkshire based organisation.

Client Details

My client is a building and energy management system specialist with offices in Berkshire; they're now looking to add a Marketing Manager - B2B to lead on the marketing strategy.

Description

As the Marketing Manager - B2B you will:

  • Design and implement the marketing plan; managing the budget and working with the Senior Management Team to ensure it aligns with the company's goals
  • Manage the CRM for the business
  • Manage all events, trade shows and exhibitions attended, as well as identifying potential ones to attend
  • Be responsible for all marketing collateral
  • Be responsible for all marketing analysis, including reporting for senior management
  • Line manage a small team.

Profile

As the Marketing Manager - B2B you will ideally have the following:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar Marketing Manager role
  • Degree / relevant marketing qualification
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong copy-writing skills
  • Experience using CRM, CMS and other relevant systems
  • Line management experience.

Job Offer

The successful Marketing Manager - B2B package is:

£40,000 - £50,000 per annum + £6,000 car allowance, pension, bonus and healthcare.

Hybrid working (3 days office based) - Berkshire based - commutable from Wokingham, Winnersh, Bracknell & Reading.
