Required by a Global Leading Software Service Provider the CDO will be passionate about shaping and growing the Public Sector digital offering who is able to demonstrate a strong digital point of view and an ability to influence the sales strategy. The CDO will have experience of building a high performing team through leadership and knowledge expertise of their people.

Reponsibilities:

• Lead the Public Sector growth plan
• Create the Public Sector CDO team of Digital Advisors & Analysts
• Head the advisory for new customer engagements for Public Sector
• Create a Digital Point of view and shape innovative solutions
• Acts as a role model and demonstrate clear leadership behaviours
• Create new business opportunities through the incubation of new deals
• Implement an innovation system for the Public Sector
• Communicate the vision and strategy of the business including the rationale for change and the potential impact.
• Actively supports end-to-end team working and the one-team approach
