Location: Harrogate - anything from Cornwall to Scotland to visit sites

Pay Rate to Intermediary: £715 per day

RESPONSIBILITIES

•UK Head Of Establishment for 6 x UK sites.

•Act as the Teams eyes on the ground for all estate and security matters ensuring adherence to the security Aspect Letter.

•Provide regular reports to the team to meet the management requirements.

•Ensure legal, H&S and client policy requirements are complied with and keep up to date on changing legislation/best practice externally.

•Act as the site local point of contact for any works, holding the prime contractor to account for the delivery of maintenance and renewal activities.

•Keep abreast of all relevant property and facilities management developments.

•Assist the project team in providing financial management information (including accruals evidence - if required).

•Provide HOE oversight and support to the prime contractor.

•Contribute and work with the prime contractor on business continuity plans.

•Co-ordinate with organisation and contractors to deliver all HOE requirements for UK sites.

•Negotiate and agree appropriate pricing for all works required in the course of duties.

•Monitor and facilitate progress of all organisation activities and projects.

•To monitor infrastructure condition and challenge any failure to meet regulatory outputs. Develop and maintain clear working relationship with Digital HOE function.

•Establish, develop and maintain relationships with local landowners and lessees.

•All other HOE activities required by law, policy, Digital guidance and wider direction.

•Escalate issues, risks and opportunities appropriately and in a timely manner to Line Management chain.

•Maintain accurate Records and Work In Progress files

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

•Confident with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

•Knowledge of legal, health and safety and policy requirements for an establishment.

•Working knowledge of financial planning and reporting arrangements.

•Confident when making judgements, with a range of information available.

•Working towards MRICS or equivalent relevant experience.
