**Head of Compliance**

This is a brand new position and you will hold PCF15 responsibility. You will be joining a well established team who are currently growing out their service offering due to a strong pipeline of business. You will work closely with other members of the senior management team involved in strategic decisions across the business.

Responsibilities

* Updating,reviewing and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
* Overseeing the development of a comprehensive compliance monitoring plan across AML/CFT
* Horizon scanning for upcoming regulations ensuring effectiveness of systems and controls are in place
* Oversee annual staff training
* Quarterly board reporting
* Responsible for the firm compliance monitoring program
* Management of CBI and compliance regulatory reporting

Ideally you will have a number of years experience in a head of compliance position in an asset manager, third party provider or fund services company. You have covered UCITS and AIF regulatory requirements coupled with MiFID knowledge (not an absolute requirement).
