Role: Head of Integrated Services for Learning

Location: Hertfordshire

Pay rate: £500 per day (umbrella)

Contract: Full time, locum contract. ASAP start, contract until March or April.

Brief Description:

3D Recruit are working closely with Hertfordshire County Council in seeking an experienced Head of ISL to join their Integrated Services for Learning. The ISL is a large multi-professional service made up of over 350 staff.

You will ensure that high quality, safe and effective services are delivered through 30 specialist areas and centrally manage teams comprising a range of professionals from different disciplines and professional backgrounds.

You will be skilled and experienced in working strategically across a whole system with a very broad range of stakeholders including head teachers, parent carers, health leaders and other senior officers, whilst achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.

You will be experienced in statutory responsibilities, strategies, and policies in relation to SEN (Special Educational Needs) (including Early Years); Educational Psychology; Attendance; Refugees and Travellers; Behaviour; Alternative Education Provision; Support for Medical Absence; Sensory; Physical and Communication Needs and Autism.
