Fawkes & Reece are actively recruiting on behalf of one of our Tier 1 Contractors, who are currently in the market for a Senior Project Manager.

The client is one of the UK's largest tier 1 construction contractors and they are looking for an exceptional candidate to oversee a new high-rise social housing scheme in central London. As the Senior Project Manager, you will need to be resident focused as well as have extensive experience in facades, re cladding and curtain walling.

You must be able to show evidence of 5+ years experience working for a large main contractor on similar major projects. You must have the ability to grow strong client relationships as well as being able to deliver projects as a No.2 with at-least 15 direct reports in to them.
