Job Responsibilities:

Manage global Mobile Engineering Function across Asia and Europe
Define global mobile tech strategy to deal with high throughput system
Scale up in house Mobile Engineering team and manage 3rd party team
Build Engineering culture and hiring
Collaborate with Function Heads to understand the product before presenting solutions to improve the visual and interactive experience
Lead development of existing and future KidsLoop products for (40% iOS, 60% Android) mobile devicesJob Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience of managing mobile engineering teams across time zone
Proven track records of team scale up and building Engineering culture
Experience of in both Android and iOS applications
