Highly regarded Financial technology vendor focussed on research, data and analytics are looking for a Head of Product Specialists (Customer success / Relationship Manager) due to an internal promotion. This is a Senior Director level, global head of role.
The role will focus on a long-standing and successful product that includes data feeds, APIs and other connectivity and you will be responsible for defining the strategy for engagements across internal stakeholders and external clients and be the voice of the customer in bringing information back to the business which can be used to improve products and services. The role focuses on delivering customer value and to be successful in the role you should have a growth mindset and be excited by innovation.
As a leader you will empower, coach and develop your team and bring out the best in people.

This is a hybrid remote/office role. 2/3 days per week office/home.
