We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Delivery Manager, Engineering Lead or Solution architect to take their career to the next level as a The Head of Engineering for a fast-growing FinTech Company.

The Head of Engineering would have to travel to the Reading office 1-2 times a week

The Ideal Head of Engineering will have:

• Experience building and leading software development teams.
• Experienced in the whole software life cycle development.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Node, React and AWS/Azure/GCP
• A deep understanding of a variety of delivery methodologies

As the Head of Engineering you would be responsible for:

• Managing the development and delivery of new and existing services.
• Making key engineering decisions within the technology and systems environments.
• Work with other teams to grow client relationships and accounts.
