Project Director
£80,000 + bonus + car package + benefits
London - Home based role.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Director to join a successful division of a Global Facilities Management service provider with the aim of growing a developing the project delivery team.
Our client is looking for a Senior Projects professional with experience in leading a projects team and delivering a variety of FM related works. Typical works will include refurbishment, fit out, plant upgrades and lifecycle works within a commercial setting. You will need a strong track record in budget management and will have extensive experience in working with both new and existing clients to develop a pipeline of business for your team.
Our client has a plethora of existing FM contracts with several well-known Managing Agent and Corporate clients. You will need to demonstrate sales skills and the ability to win work as the Project Director will be expected to develop strong relationships with these existing clients and site-based teams in order to develop a healthy pipeline of additional works and repeat business.
This role will see the successful applicant leading an existing team of 4 Project managers - part of your role will be to offer coaching and guidance to the team and help them with their career development.
This is a home-based role with regular travel to client sites across London so you will need to be able to get into the city within an hour.
