Chief Product Offer / Head of Product - Brand New Bank - Part Remote - London - £120,000-£180,000

Genuine one of a kind role with a brand new bank as their new Head of Product! They are looking to compete with the likes of Clearbank & Starling Bank to name a few. They are based in Central London and working on Hybrid Basis.

This position will be suited to someone who has grown through the ranks within Financial Services, whether that's at a fintech or IB or even within the gambling sector. If you've worked on finding solutions for transnational payment problems before.

The Role:

Owning the product function for the business and being the expert in that area
Hiring more team members to strengthen the team
Freedom to drive the Product the product Vision and strategy
Full Autonomy
Work closely with the CEO to make this happen
Run the business line for Banking as a service Skills & Experience:

Excellent understanding of UK Current Account Market
Excellent knowledge of UK payments
Know how to run a PnL
Ran multiple Marketing Campaigns in the past
Used to hiring for their teamThey are doing a 2 stage interview process and looking to commence interviews ASAP. They are offering 3-4 days a week remote and the rest in the office.

Salary is between £120,000-£180,000 per annum
