A leading technology provider to the health care and NHS sector. This business has a vision to deliver world class service, improving quality and saving money for their clients. Holding a strong market share currently they are looking to continue growing this to become leaders in this area. Due to current success and their position to grow in a buoyant market they are not looking to add a Client Account Director to the team.

Job Description
As Client Account Director you will take the lead on developing client relationships and sales pipelines to secure new business growth against annual targets.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Achieving agreed sales targets and lead campaigns to meet growth and efficiency targets
  • Develop business with new and existing clients of groups within the NHS
  • Work collaboratively with internal colleagues to drive traction, provide expertise and confidence to clients
  • Lead multi-functional teams at project level
  • Lead and develop business cases to ensure propositions are signed off, meeting relevant bid criteria
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts
  • Build relationships within the NHS at executive level decision maker
  • Support in development of go-to-market strategies
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this exciting new position you must
  • Have proven experience within a sales and business development role selling into the NHS
  • Have a track record of success closing and leading complex deals
  • Have worked with Procurement, HR and Finance contacts at Director + level
  • Possess strong commercial acuity with knowledge of how to build business cases
  • Experience developing complex market growth strategies across multiple channels at B2B level
  • Be a fantastic communicator with the ability to influence partners at varying levels
  • Have strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Be highly motivated with the energy to grow and develop business
