Job Description

• Define sales for strategy process and work for DM and biostatistics solutions
• Work along with PM to align feedback with the product road map for customers
• Help support the sales organisation during sales and RFP's cycles
• Outline business standards for demo environments to meet sale targets
• Meet with customers and prospects to provide leadership by articulating product values propositions for business terms
• Identifying future resource needs
• Managing and mentoring pre-sale team members and maintaining a high performing team

The Successful Applicant

• Degree educated in technical or business with 6+ industry experience
• 4+ years of experience working in clinical trials & supporting technologies
• Experience in CDM or biostats
• Knowledge of key processes relevant to Life Sciences, R&D teams
• Familiar with data coming from clinical trial systems such as (EDC, CTMS, ePRO, IXRS, Lab systems)
• Multitasking skills, and being able to take on challenges
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Work creatively and analytically in a fast pace environment
• Communicate effectively and credibly to clients
