Job Description
- Define sales for strategy process and work for DM and biostatistics solutions
- Work along with PM to align feedback with the product road map for customers
- Help support the sales organisation during sales and RFP's cycles
- Outline business standards for demo environments to meet sale targets
- Meet with customers and prospects to provide leadership by articulating product values propositions for business terms
- Identifying future resource needs
- Managing and mentoring pre-sale team members and maintaining a high performing team
- Degree educated in technical or business with 6+ industry experience
- 4+ years of experience working in clinical trials & supporting technologies
- Experience in CDM or biostats
- Knowledge of key processes relevant to Life Sciences, R&D teams
- Familiar with data coming from clinical trial systems such as (EDC, CTMS, ePRO, IXRS, Lab systems)
- Multitasking skills, and being able to take on challenges
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Work creatively and analytically in a fast pace environment
- Communicate effectively and credibly to clients
