Our client, who are one of the UK's leading residential developers, are looking to recruit a Technical Project Director for a large scheme in North London. The development is a mixed tenure residential scheme, comprising of over 2000 units with multiple RC Frame Blocks and large areas of landscaping. The build programme has another 10 plus years to run.
Responsibiities -
You will be leading and directing the Technical team which will consist of 8 - 10 staff.
You will assess the development and produce detailed technical reports working alongside relevant team members.
Effectively develop and manage design programmes in line with the technical delivery strategy.
Ensure the team clear all conditions to allow project completions
Maintain excellent relationships and interphase with build and commercial team to develop effective build process.
Profile -
Construction related degree in relevant discipline (or equivalent qualification)
Ten plus years experience within a residential development environment
Understanding of delivering multi-phase RC frame developments
Ability to effectively influence the team as well as work independently
Track record of managing time, costs and design coordination effectively
