Head of HR - 12-month contract

Amazing opportunity to work for one of the largest companies in Europe and there first office opening up the UK division.

Pay rate: £450 per day

Role:

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a global client that has now secured work in the UK and looking to set up a UK division based in Birmingham. This role is a 12-month contract to establish the company in the UK working with the Head of HR for Europe in understanding the systems and processes to ensure a smooth introduction.

This is a true HR consultant position as you need to be an expert in your field. Working with the MD in understanding UK legislation, Work visas and various systems / processes that have to be in place to be compliant with UK law. Your role will be to establish a HR function for the UK, setting up processes and systems that align with the organisation but advising the Md & internal HR function what has to happen to be fully compliant in the UK.

Key factors such as GDPR, Workers rights, IR35 legislation, employment law etc.. will all need to be accounted for when creating the processes. Even down to the software being use currently to ensure it can work for the UK requirements.

This is an amazing opportunity to be at the start of the journey, with so much to do with in an organisation that is still bidding and winning work its not for the faint hearted. You need to dedicate yourself to this role in a full-time capacity for a minimum of 6 months 5 days a week.

Required Experience:

CIPD level 5 as a minimum ideally level 7 to demonstrate your expertise and knowledge regarding the HR field.
Previous experience of being a HR Lead with in either a large organisation so you understand about the internal systems and processes. Or a HR consultant that has implemented new systems, processes, changes with in a large 100 people+ organisation.
Based in Birmingham with flexible home based working 2 days per week.To Apply:
