Head of Change / Change Lead is required by Logic Engagements to work for our global consumer goods client based in Central London.
The scope of the role will be to:
* Define & lead the Change strategy
* Build the global change strategy - realistic plans and roadmap to deliver successful adoption and embedment of new processes, ways of working, systems, applications, tools and behaviours across markets, functions and centres of excellence.
* Create & retain oversight of best in class change artefacts, leveraging materials including stakeholder landscape maps, engagement and communications plans & materials, learning & training assessments and materials to best effect change.
* Understand the cultural landscape and successfully influence to drive behavioural change through stakeholders across functions and markets.
* Leads relationship with 3rd party vendor, developing a strong business partnership that ensures Change KPIs are defined, activities & responsibilities are delivered in full.
In order to be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following experience:
* Proven experience of leading complex change and transformation across global organisations (5+ years).
* Experience and knowledge of applying change management principles and methodologies to meet varying audience / stakeholder needs
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills with exceptional ability to communicate and influence effectively at different levels of the organisation. Builds effective networks across functions/markets, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same.
* Strong experience in business transformation process re-engineering and systems implementations (SAP)
