Fawkes and Reece are working on behalf of one of the largest main contractors looking for a Project Director.

The client is one of the UK's largest construction contractors, delivering a vast breadth of innovative high-rise projects across central London and many more, and offering endless opportunities to grow and the projects typically range at £100m+.

They are looking for a Project Director to join their team to oversee certain projects secured through their recent influx of work. Contract types re usually JCT D&B, JCT fixed price lump sum, JCT 2 - stage, NEC and MC/CM. The ideal candidate must have shown experience delivering projects as a No.1 with at-least 15 direct reports in to them and extensive cut & carve experience is Essential.

The ideal Project Director should have 5+ years experience working for a large main contractor on similar major projects. You must have the ability to grow strong client relationships as well as being able to raise business opportunities and have previous experience in bids/PCSA contracts. You must also be able to show outstanding leadership skills and who is able to drive, delegate and run a productive team
