Job Description
The Head of Procurement role is made up of the following areas or responsibility:

• Key supplier partnership collaboration, includes sourcing new and innovation to raw materials and finished products through existing manufacturing partners. Working towards (and implementing locally) goals on sustainability and carbon zero projects
• Budgeting and cost management for the business
• Projects, collaboration on the 3 year road-map, and leadership duties
• Build and establish relationships with all strategic suppliers
• Visit new, and existing suppliers, including current core suppliers in China, Cambodia, Taiwan, India and Europe.
• Negotiate and agree preferential terms and contracts, along with goals and priorities
• Integrate as part of the Senior Leadership Team, being available and accountable

The Successful Applicant
You will have demonstrable experience of leading a procurement team within a Medical, Pharmaceutical or FMCG environment. CIPS qualifications would be highly desirable.

You will be driven, dynamic and well-versed in driving and developing value added procurement initiatives. Additionally, you will have excellent time management skills and working to deadlines, good attention to detail and exceptional presentation skills MS Office etc.
