Mentmore is currently recruiting for a Head of QA for a client in the financial services to be based in their Watford office, 5 days a week.

The Head of QA will be taking ownership of a brand-new QA function, creating the processes, frameworks, and new team from scratch. There will be room for 2 experienced automated QAs immediately.

You will have 3 direct reports and will require previous line and people management experience.

You will be defining and implementing the strategy for automated frameworks covering the QA process end to end, so you must have previous experience. Once the QA function is set up it will be hands on in the future.
