Our client is leading international financial firm located in Luxembourg. One opening has recently arisen to join as a Business Analyst. You will interact with the business globally in analysing and supporting operational and design requirements in line with the set priorities and design principles.

You will analyse operational procedures and processes to identify areas for automation and work closely with peers to fully understand business processes and requirements. You will interact with the Architecture and Technology teams as well as external vendors to resolve functional and technical concerns, as well as provide management reports and Operational MIS.

Skills:

• 3 years experience in financial services
• Experience in process mapping for at least one technique such as BPMN or UML
• Experience in business change delivery
• Have a business analysis qualification (or be working towards one)
• Strong communication, team-work and analytical skills
