As the Senior PR and Communications Manager, you will create an integrated marketing and communications plan to enhance the brand and reputation with the business. Managing a small team you will develop and implement the strategy.

Client Details

My client is a global B2B organisation with offices in Surrey, focussing on sustainability within their sector.

Please note - this will be office based (with flexible start/finish times) - commutable from Epsom, Leatherhead, Sutton, Guildford and surrounding areas.


As the Senior PR and Communications Manager you will:

  • Develop and implement a marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Building relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor all marketing campaigns; improve and develop constantly
  • Line manage one member of staff
  • Work with sales teams and support with marketing requirements
  • Provide guidance and ideas to organise effective marketing events
  • Work with commercial teams and regions on company & sales specific collateral development
  • Work with senior management to support driving the business forward
  • Analyse performance and produce relevant reports for the business.


The Senior PR and Communications Manager will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar senior role, with a degree/professional qualification (e.g.CIM) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal, as well as strong stakeholder management
  • Extensive experience within public relations, as well as developing the brand
  • Extensive social media experience
  • Experience of working with external agencies
  • Ability to work across organisation and experience in supporting and working with sales/commercial teams
  • Experience managing large budgets (6 figures plus)
  • Ability to be creative, hands on and strategic.

Job Offer

£65,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus car allowance (c.£7,000), health-care, pension and life assurance.

This role will be office based in Surrey; there will be flexibility with regards to start and finish times and more detail will be given upon application.

Commutable from Epsom, Leatherhead, Sutton, Guildford, Dorking, Redhill.
