Job Details

Our client is a UK based provider of IT Managed Services to their mid-market customers. Profitable and growing through acquisition with a pipeline of further complimentary targets there is a high level of ambition to build stronger national coverage and broader services.

A change in circumstances means that we need to recruit an experienced Interim CFO at pace, and the individual must:

  • be a chartered accountant
  • be experienced working directly with PE investors
  • have operated in the IT/Managed Services
  • have a track record of leading M&A transactions and the subsequent integration
  • ideally have at least one successful exit

The offices are UK wide and so candidates will be expected to be flexible and mobile. We are keen to hear from both career interim CFO's and candidates who are available immediately and may be interested in the longer term prospect of a permanent role.
