Client Partner – Rapidly-Growing PE-Backed Cloud MSP

Our Client:

Our Client is a rapidly-growing Cloud Managed Service Provider that has just received private equity investment from one of the biggest private equity firms in the world and are looking to hire multiple Account Directors from the IT Services / Connectivity / Cloud Managed Services sector. They’re looking to maximise their Sales performance by appointing a dynamic Sales team and develop a supportive and encouraging culture.

The role:

Whilst reporting to the Sales Director, this role entails overseeing the commercial relationships between the business and their clients, which stem from an array of industries across public and private sectors:

  • You will be responsible for revenue generation with the full portfolio of services, focussing on Cloud Managed Services.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients whilst identifying potential growth for accounts – illustrating value additions through the adoption of Cloud technology.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and understand what operational issues can be solved with the service suite available.
  • Liaise with delivery teams regarding client satisfaction.

The candidate:

  • Candidates should have demonstratable experience in transformative projects; exceeding expectations of existing clients and cultivating relationships with new ones.
  • Have a passion for technology, specifically Cloud Managed Services and how it enables the workplace today.
  • An excellent networker with experience working at CXO level.

You will be joining a business with an investment that will realise their capabilities rapidly, both from a Technology perspective and a Sales support function. They have a strong Marketing and Lead Generation function to support Sales also.
