Description

• Procurement/Operations Manager to oversee daily activities across Procurement, IT, digital project management, facilities, legal and regulatory compliance
• Ultimately, this role will ensure their operations run smoothly and that they are productive
• You will be involved in IT/ Digital, sourcing suppliers, contract drafting, negotiation and managing suppliers through the whole procurement process
• You will also be involved in dealing with other factors such as sustainability, risk management and ethical issues
• You should be a responsible leader with a methodical and analytical mind and have a broad knowledge of all areas. If you're also committed to productivity and compliance, that is ideal

Profile

• Proven experience as Procurement/Operations Manager or similar leadership role
• Familiarity with a variety of business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and IT
• Experience with implementing IT systems would be really useful
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting is needed
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership ability
• Problem-solving aptitude
• A team player that will be happy working in a relatively flat structured and agile team where everyone has to roll their sleeves up
• Growth minded and works well under pressure, you will enjoy a fast-paced environment and delivering on requirements
• Management experience
• A skilled in prioritising, able to execute on multiple objectives at once while ensuring key milestones are reached in a timely manner
• Experience in the Private Equity/Venture Capital Industry is advantageous but not essential
• Degree or other relevant qualification would be useful
