Our client needs an HR Business Analyst (ideally with SAP HR experience) for a 12 month full time contract to be based both onsite in Brussels + remote work.

The suitable expert will be required to assist with analysis of a current SAP HR system (consisting of Payroll, Time Management, Time & Absence etc) and will be required to analyse new legal and internal directive.

The suitable expert will be requited to propose new solutions/improvements, make test plans and co-ordinate acceptance testing as well as to communicate with stakeholders and IT teams on processes required.

The suitable expert will need to have solid HR knowledge as a business analyst and ideally experience on SAP HR as well as being either a fluent French OR Dutch speaker.

Our client is able to interview and off immediately too.
