Are you a Business Analyst with hands on project delivery experience in a Legal/Professional services environment?

Devonshire Hayes has been engaged by a Legal services organisation who are on the lookout for a Business Analyst to support the CEO with the delivery of strategic and operational initiatives.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in a Project environment.
• Can work with Stakeholders across different business teams.
• Has a good understanding of Financial and operational analysis.
• Possesses Business process design skills and the ability to present these ideas.
• Previous experience of handling projects with sensitive data with confidentiality.
• Experience in managing a rolling task list eg Kanban or equivalent.

Your main duties will include:

• Identifying operational needs and aligning these with business goals.
• Analysing data (Financial and non-financial)
• Designing and chairing workshops with internal teams to establish requirements.
• Responsibility for change initiatives.
• Designing complex documents and reports.
• Assisting where needed with ISO audits and IT projects.

This is a permanent role based in City of London offering flexible working.
