Our established Property Finance lending client is seeking an experienced Operations Director to complement their team.

The company is looking to launch a new 'Buy to Let' product in 2022 and is seeking somebody with experience in this space.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, coach and mentor an operations team
• Responsible for the systems and day to day back office operations
• Review processes and update, amend, re-design, as appropriate
• Ownership of day to day reporting
• Liaise with and work closely with the Finance team

What you will bring:

• A strong background in property finance, to include Buy to Let product experience
• An operations background, operating at senior and strategic level
• Analytical with good attention to detail
• Excellent leadership experience
• Process improvement skills
• Strong project management skills
• Previous experience within property funding/real estate
• Working with a Bank or specialist credit lender
