Head of Sales - SaaS - EMEA
A world leading, international SaaS organisation is looking to recruit a solution orientated, target driven Head of Sales to pro-actively drive and maximise revenues through managing a new business sales team to sell their innovative software across the EMEA Region.
An entrepreneurial, sales driven and enthusiastic Sales Manager with excellent communication and leadership skills is required, award winning and fast growing compliance software that is in the process of moving to its next stages of its global development.
Responsibilities
1. Generate leads of international organisations with an presence with due diligence platform requirement through research, cold calling, email, face to face meetings/presentations and attending international industry related exhibitions
2. Increase revenues and profit by successfully selling the online platform to self-sourced, pre-qualified large, international online merchant prospects through customised and bespoke commercial proposals.
3. Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Risk and Anti-Fraud and agree on tailored risk settings and configurations for prospects being approached
4. Have an involvement in developing the product, processes and strategies through coming up with and putting forward innovative ideas.
Requirements:
1. The ideal candidate will be a disciplined self-starter, results driven and aiming to achieve career recognition and financial reward
2. Experience gained in Sales Management with a proactive new business sales approach (within the compliance industry would be a benefit)
3. Outstanding relationship building and interpersonal communication skills
4. High Internet affinity, self-motivation and strong commitment
5. Excellent English language and written skills and another European Language,
