Head of IT & Innovation - Our Client:

Our client is a £100M turnover global retail organisation with numerous depots and sites across the UK. They have an excellent reputation for service and boast some of the best customer service reviews in the industry. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring on board a Head of IT & Innovation to take responsibility for ensuring they continue to deliver and exceed customer and business expectations through technology.

Head of IT and Innovation - The Role:

The role will focus on the strategic direction for all elements of IT whilst creating efficiencies and leading on innovation projects. You will be required to look at current methods of Data Integration, create new ways of working whilst delivering a robust IT platform, procedures and policies.

Head of IT and Innovation - Key Responsibilities:

- Creating a high level and collaborative IT strategies

- Lead the way with Information Technology change projects across the business

- Perform a review of all IT processes and procedures

- Develop the IT vision for the business

Head of IT and Innovation - You:

- Previous experience of working a C suite level

- In-depth and broad range of IT experience including service management, cloud computing, IT security, networking and server technology

- Experience working within a forward-thinking organisation or with strategies focusing on improving IT provision

You will have previous experience as IT Director, CTO, Chief Technology Officer, Technology Director Head of Technology, Head of IT or similar within a global or multinational organisation.
