The Marketing Manager role is based at head office in Manchester, but the organisation operate a hybrid working policy, so part of the week can be worked remotely.

The role is to drive the growth of the financial services offering through multi-channel campaigns.

Description

Your role as the Marketing Manager you'll increase the business revenue for through delivering successful marketing activities across various channels.

These activities will cover customer acquisition, cross sell, renewals and retentions.

You'll drive lead generation and increase conversions in the sales pipeline through effective promotion of our brand and USPs.

You'll design and maintain a marketing strategy that supports these services with ownership of the full campaign lifecycle and develop high-quality marketing material to support multiple campaigns.

You'll be responsible for the planning and control of budget as well as continuously reviewing campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.

Profile

The successful Marketing Manager will need to demonstrate:

You'll have solid business marketing experience in developing strategies and managing lead-generation campaigns across various channels, both offline and online.

You'll have a strategic outlook, strong stakeholder management skills with a solutions' minded approach and the ability to effectively drive change.

You'll need financial services industry experience, ideally in insurance, merchant services or card payments.

You will also have a good understanding of a wide range of marketing techniques and strategies as well as experience developing and leveraging different service category strategies to drive multi-channel growth.

Experience designing and delivering a contact strategy with clear objectives for each of the customer touch points is essential.
