A FTSE 250 company that provide cloud based SaaS software are looking for a Head of Product to come in and oversee 3 of their flagship applications. My client work in a modern environment, building systems with the latest technology. They offer fantastic benefits such as a 15% pension, annual bonus and generous training budgets.

This is a new role due to continued growth; the Head of Product will take full ownership of developing and enhancing the products they are overseeing. The successful candidate will have effective product strategy and will have worked in a modern environment before. This is not an overly corporate style business, so the successful candidate would have come from tech-driven business.

The Head of Product will;

• Create and enhance customer-led product design applications
• Creating roadmaps for the product suite and work closely with Engineering teams
• Oversea 3 flagship products
• Developer the enhancement of products through data driven insights
• Help improve internally product-based processes
• Be a product leader

The Head of Product will have;

• Proven experience managing successful digital products - Ideally cloud-based
• Passionate about user experience
• Good problem solver
• Enjoys working with the business and technology and this is an end to end solution
• Experience overseeing a number of products
