An international Banking Group are seeking an Internal Communication Director for 9 month maternity cover. As the Internal Communication Director you will be tasked in setting the strategic communication strategy for the different business units whilst working with the COO on all external communication that is sent out. This is a brilliant role which would allow an individual to be a pivotal partner across all strategic business decisions and growth.

Internal Communication Profile:

• An individual who is commercial, credible and able to manage multiple priorities
• Must have worked in a complex business (Ideally Banking) delivering on companywide communication
• Demonstrate ability to produce high exec communication overview in layman term
• Proven track record of writing external communication for senior decision makers
• Line management and budgeting experience is sought after.

This is a great opportunity for a Communication Director to continue to deliver the digital strategic communication growth of the business.

Ideally looking for a January started but would be willing to wait for the right candidate.
