My ambitious, high-growth and highly-successful FMCG client are looking to bolster their S&OP team, and embed and drive the S&OP agenda!
My client are a true-leader within the food sector and operates from several locations across the UK, together with exciting plans to quadruple their UK footprint in the next couple of years.

As S&OP Lead, you will use a combination of your supply chain experience, analytical knowledge and interpersonal skills to help to plan and develop operations to meet future demand. This will involve using data to inform decision-making and to develop insightful decision support information to enable my client to chart the path to exceptional growth. As well as this, you'll ensure we always focus on the customer and provide the best experience possible.
You'll work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Data and Tech - using data to coordinate demand across an ever expanding operational network.
To be successful in this role, you will be motivated by striving to be an excellent leader, solving complex problems, working closely with stakeholders and continuously improving our S&OP processes all the time.
The successful candidate for this incredibly exciting and BRAND NEW role will tick the following boxes:
- Proven experience of delivering insights and value add in Sales & Operations Planning, ideally within an established, blue-chip FMCG organisationStrong analytical skills balanced with a talent for simplifying complex problems into clear, actionable strategies Experience working in a challenging high growth environment Experience managing cross functional stakeholders Analytical horsepower: you can fetch the data you need, understand it and tell an airtight story around it
