My client is a growing private equity backed business going through rapid growth. The HR team is short on Talent Acquisition expertise and needs an specialist to audit existing capability, systems and processes and assess that against challenges, market and growth plans.

As well as being hands on with some hiring yourself, you will then begin to build a recruiting infrastructure that works for future growth and further investment.

Working across US, UK, China and Australia, you can be based anywhere in the UK. There will be some occasional travel to the Yorkshire and London office but there is no reason why you can't deliver this job remotely most of the time.

You will come from a scale up background, hiring specialist technical roles in a competitive market. You will be able to compile reports and present to the board on current status and recommendations and continue to communicate improvements and ROI as you go.

The role is a contract for 9 months and could covert to a permanent job. £110 - £130K or £500 - £600 per day via umbrella.
