HEAD OF LEGAL & BUSINESS AFFAIRS
SUCCESSFUL BROADCASTER
c. 10 YEARS' PQE UPWARDS
HYBRID WORKING
We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced media lawyer to join this highly respected broadcaster in a senior role.
You will manage the legal team supporting all revenue generating activtivity for the Media & Enertainment division and take the lead negotiating and contracting on all high value/materiality agreements relating to airtime, sponsorship, advertising, product placement, brand partnerships and commercialisation of digital content on a live or on demand (VOD) basis.
We are looking for solid and relevant industry experience, whether from broadcasting or the wider media agency space. The focus of this role will not suit lawyers with purely content acquisition/ commissioning experience.
Culturally, we are looking someone who is bright, ambitious, commercial and a great communicator. The working environment is friendly, collegiate and supportive: there is a real focus on well-being and ensuring that this is a happy, balanced and positive place to work. Salary, benefits and career prospects will be very good. This is likely to be a full time role, but 4 days/week will potentially be considered.
