Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Corporate Assurance & Sustainability - Retail to join the team.
Location: Slough
Salary: £115K - £125K Basic + Package

Head of Corporate Assurance & Sustainability - About the Client:
Our client is a £100M turnover global retail organisation with numerous depots and sites across the UK. They have an excellent reputation for service and boast some of the best customer service reviews in the industry. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring on board a Head of Corporate Assurance & Sustainability to take responsibility for ensuring they continue to deliver and exceed customer and business expectations.
The role will focus on the strategic direction for all elements of Health and Safety, Quality and Environment across the business. It will lead numerous teams and promote a healthy and sustainable culture across the UK. In addition, it will provide support to other areas of the business and act as the point of contact for all regulatory bodies.
Head of Corporate Assurance & Sustainability - Key Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain a positive, healthy and strong company culture
- Develop and implement strategies across a range of areas including but not limited to; environmental, quality, health and safety and risk.
- Prepare compliance reports and provide the necessary training and support to individual teams when required
- Develop, review and maintain quality management systems
Head of Corporate Assurance & Sustainability - You:
- Extensive knowledge and experience of effective strategies relating to Health, Safety, Security & QMS at a global scale (or at a very minimum a national scale)
- Degree or professional qualifications e.g. NEBOSH
- Experience working within a forward-thinking organisation or with devising strategies focusing on improving corporate sustainability
- You will have previous experience as Head of Business Assurance, Head of Corporate Assurance, Corporate Assurance Director or similar within a global or multinational organisation
