Interim Head of Direct Marketing
Location: Flexible (hybrid working model)
Rate: up to £800-£1000 per day (rate to umbrella)
Duration: 6 month contract (potential to extend or become permanent)
This is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning and market leading financial services provider as a Head of Direct Marketing. This is a brand new role, created to drive forward the growth of the direct marketing offering. The successful candidate would lead a team, own elements of the marketing plan, and play a key role in the execution of end-to-end campaigns.
This role will lead a large team and focus on the growth of the digital direct marketing activities.
There's a possibility of this role being offered as permanent at the end of the contract.

Responsibilities
- Lead on the planning and execution of direct marketing activities and campagins
- Own the relevant elements of the marketing plan.
- Lead the end to end marketing campaign delivery and framework across all channels.
- Manage agency relationships
Requirements
- Track record of leadership across Direct to Customer (D2C) Marketing.
- Digital Marketing campaign experience.
- Strong communication and leadership ability.
- Experience managing mid to large size teams.
- The ability to get hands-on with the technical side of campaign execution.
- An understanding of customer segmentation when delivering channel plans.
- Ideally, experience within a regulated environment such as Insurance, Banking or Energy.
