Facilities Project Manager | Revamp of multiple legal industry offices | GBP375 - GBP400 per day | January Start | Inside IR35 | Remote & Bristol with expensed travel

iO Associates is proud to be partnered with a Legal Industry nation-wide company who have reached out to us to help them find the perfect Facilities Project Manager for their office re-vamps.

We are looking for a Facilities Project Manager who is experienced in collaborative spaces (not a traditional 2 screens & keyboard workspaces) and working with edgy, out-of-the-box design houses.

The roadmapping is all in place already so we need someone really strong on the delivery who have previously rolled out multiple national office re-fits.

You will be leading the re-fits for multiple sites including Glasgow & Manchester which will require occassional expensed travel to these sites as & when needed.

You will also be required to be in their Bristol based head office once per week to meet with the PMO lead, Risk & Facilities etc.

Essential skills required

  • Previously lead office re-vamps for national companies on a multi-office scale
  • Working with difficult stake holders
  • Navigating IT changes/Switches
  • Managing Risk perspectives
  • Continuation of mapping out process

Desirable skills

  • Experience leading facilities projects in the legal sector
