• The Senior Manager will be responsible for Procurement processes and multi-category management sourcing activities in EMEA region with focus on Marketing, Corporate Services and other Indirect spend categories
• This role is vital to ensuring that the business continues to gain momentum towards truly becoming a world class Strategic Sourcing and Procurement organization which will drive further operational efficiency's across the globe via sustainable cost discipline and revenue growth platforms
• Key areas of Marketing include: content, media, PR, merchandising, print, digital as well as other subcategories
• Other indirect spend-categories require the management of various areas with high strategic importance such as: lease cars, regional mobile/wireless telecom, and EU travel agencies etc.
• This role manages and develops the dedicated team of EMEA procurement analyst and buyers

Profile

• Excellent project management skills
• Strong analytical and soft intern-personal skills
• Track record of delivering on a range of complex procurement projects. Marketing is highly preferable. Category focus 75% Marketing (media, digital, creative) and 25% indirect services (HR, FM, Professional Services etc.)
• Proven track record of building both internal and external relationships
• Experience working closely with and frequently presenting to senior management
• Experience developing contract terms with legal
• Strong ability to influence
• Excellent verbal/written skills
• Strong negotiation skills
