Our client ESI Technology Ltd is a leading engineer and manufacturer of electronic pressure monitoring equipment, selling worldwide into oil & gas, aerospace, defence, test & measurement and general industrial markets, who has a great reputation for quality and service. Based in Wrexham, North Wales, a beautiful region well connected to Liverpool and Manchester, ESI is part of SUCO Group, a well-known international specialist in pressure monitoring and transmission technology, who support with long-term investment and inter-company cooperation. ESI Technology Ltd is looking for a highly motivated CEO to lead development of profit, products and markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Competent strategical and operative management of the company in terms of design/development, production and sales to assure growth and increase market share
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of 50 employees
• Permanent process optimization, as well in production as in administration
• Loyal communication and cooperation with the Directors Board of the German owner company

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates ideally will have good qualification in electrical/electronic engineering or similar technical background and several years of experience in leading a technical and sales unit/company
• Knowledge in sensor or fluid technology would be a plus
• You have already demonstrated excellent management and communication skills as well as the ability to achieve results
