For this role you will need to be based in Brussels, Belgium (50%) and you can work remotely (50%).

Description:

Change Manager

Change Manager provides effective management of the Live Services Operational Change Management Process across the Account to minimise the risk to the live services from the impact of change. Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, clearly identifying risks and mitigating actions for proposed change implementations, providing clear recommendations to Stakeholders

Responsibilities

Service Delivery

Drive actions that increase the percentage of changes that are implemented correctly first time; Ensure that change implementation risk is understood and mitigated to increase the likelihood of successful implementation at first attempt; Ensure that all changes are managed as planned within the timescales agreed with the change requester; Ensure all changes comply with internal Capgemini controls and customer/regulatory controls; Ensure agreed Request for Change (RFC) are entered correctly in the Change Control System; Organize Change Advisory Board Meetings (CAB), ensure agenda and papers are issued to participants in good time; Review, monitor and communicate the progress and final outcome of changes to all relevant parties; Ensure a back-out plan is in evidence and has been considered within the overall implementation plan to minimize imnpact to service availability; Ensure configuration items (CI) are liked to the change; Ensure that full approval is granted prior to implementing changes; Ensure change related documentation is completed and updated; Ensure Capgemini global process for Change Management is utilized; Liaise with all parties to ensure that information and approvals for changes are communicated and understood by all stakeholders; Ensure RFCs are allocated an appropriate priority in collaboration with the requester to ensure appropriate scheduling; Reject impractical RFCs; Chair CAB meetings; Ensure justification for Change is evident; Ensure all impacted/interest parties are informed throughout the change liefcycle; Take personal control of Emergency Changes; Responsibilities Chair Post Implementation Review meetings; Manage follow-up actions identified from post implementation reviews; Create and distriubte daily, weekly and adhoc reports; Conduct regular training for resolver groups in preparing RFC's.

Customer/Supplier Relationship

Drive actions that minimize disruption to our customer's environments due to changes; Establish credibility with the client, delivery teams and 3rd party suppliers - experience in working within SIAM environment; Understand the clients business and the impact of changes you manage on their environment; Have strong knowledge of customer's contractual requirements.

Qualifications

Graduate level or demonstrable equivalent; Expect major part of experience in IT Infrastructure, with emphasis on operational management; Clear commitment to Service Management Framework approach to IT Infrastructure management essential.

Previous experience strongly desirable;

ITIL certification;

Have Interpersonal and Communication skills; Possess good judgement; Work well with teams; Excellent English and French communication skills, both verbal and written; Acted in a change management capacity in a customer service or IT environment; Experience of working to agreed service levels; Experience in using a Change Management system; Experience in dealing with technical and non technical teams; Strong analytical thinker; Demonstrate and ownership mentality; Have good knowledge of how to manage SLA's and KPI's; Strong leadership skills; Ability to update existing and create new process documentation and training materials; Remain calm under pressure; Excellent Presentation Skills.

Requirements
