Support the CEO and the Board in formulating and driving the development and implementation of a technology strategy and road map to support the strategic direction, future growth and competitive advantage of the company.

This will include supporting the business through a significant period of transformation as they look to develop new and existing products while automating and improving operations.

Description

To lead a talented Technology team, as well as third party vendors and partners, in an inspiring and collaborative manner.

To be responsible for developing and providing data generating products, design and thought leadership on all technology streams, ensuring they are aligned to the business plan and delivering several significant technology change projects.

To be motivated by delivering solutions to customer problems and be experienced and adept at using architecture, technology, engineering, project management, development, and dev-ops to deliver excellence to our customers and business.

Profile

Previous track record as a CTO is essential.

This should be coupled with strong commercial awareness of having created a strategic vision, with excellent people leadership skills gained from managing teams operationally.

Job Offer

A salary of up to £130,000, plus executive package. There is flexibility and hybrid working available, but you must be happy to travel in the UK and be present in Birmingham for part of the week.
