Head of M&A

We are looking for a highly talented and ambitious, commercially minded Head of M&A to work for a UK/US mid-market PE backed consumer services company.

A recent investment close in a platform B2C business has been supported by the appointment of an exceptional CEO to lead the value creation strategy. This role will work with the CEO and investor to drive a high growth strategy to exit.

Of the three key levers of growth the single most important will be the ability to scale the business quickly through M&A of related businesses onto the platform investment. Working alongside the CEO, this role will be fully responsible for devising and delivering inorganic growth through strategic bolt-on's. 

Candidate requirements:

• An exceptional M&A professional with a strong intellectual make-up capable of working in a fast moving and complex financial and performance operating environment.  
• You will have strong attention to detail with a proven track-record of M&A deal identification, execution and integration.
• Strong commercial acumen and EQ to work effectively alongside an experienced senior executive management team and investor.
